Its main purpose is the transport of goods for daily consumption, being secondary the transport of other types of merchandise or cargo. In this way, when the user deposits the bicycle in a public place to enter the store to make the purchase, thanks to the incorporation of a rotating mechanism, the same device can be used to secure the bicycle to a fixed element of the environment, to anti-theft padlock mode.
