CLEANING SYSTEM FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF SEEDS FOR BIRD FEEDING
Description
A grain cleaning system is used, both in poultry houses and for domestic birds, to carry out cleaning and classification of grains and seeds. Cleaning is based on the use of sieves and fans that generate a current of air, intervening in the process the size and density of the grains and the impurities that accompany them. The separation of these impurities favors the conservation process, eliminating particles with a higher moisture content, or larger dimensions, to prevent obstructions and fires from occurring. The implemented seed cleaner is designed to make the cleaning task easier, since the power can be regulated at all times so that it expels the empty seed shell to a greater or lesser extent. This saves time on cleaning. In addition, its transparent lid allows you to see the state of cleaning at all times. It uses simple systems for easy access and repair, as well as a construction of the wooden structure that makes the product more sustainable with the environment.
Advantages
- The fan has several operating modes, in order to waste as little as possible, putting it in the necessary mode depending on the amount of seeds that you have at that moment or depending on the thickness of the grain that is going to be cleaned. - The dirty grain drawer was implemented externally to the main box, that is, it could be removed in order to empty the dirty grain in the trash, which would be attached to the box with eyebolts. There is also the option if you are in the field, not to use the collection box. - The cleaner is more efficient both in the amount of grain that is cleaned in a single cycle and in the time it takes to clean it. - Use of wood in the construction of its structure, as well as a simple and low-cost electrical system, easily repairable in case of breakage.
