MINOR LOCATION SYSTEM IN LARGE AREAS
Description
Currently there are a series of devices that deal with systems for locating minors or systems that warn when a minor moves away from a certain area or from the person in their charge, which use technologies with certain limitations, among which we can highlight the failure to comply standards, high power consumption, short range, etc. Thus, the present invention consists of a novel solution that warns of the loss of minors in large areas, both indoors and outdoors, using low-power wireless networks. To do this, a set of fixed nodes is deployed across the large area, the smallest being the carriers of mobile nodes. In turn, the adults responsible for the minors could carry a specific terminal that notifies the loss of the child, although if they do not want to carry a terminal, the adult could be notified of the loss even on their mobile phone.
Advantages
Among the main advantages of this invention are: • Its low consumption and cost. • The high level of battery life of the terminals used. • The system communicates using a standard protocol.
Uses and Applications
This technology is applicable to the prevention of the loss of minors in large areas, whether closed or open.
